Chicken, cucumber, greek olives, yogurt sauce wrap
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber
1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/16 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 1/2 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 tablespoon light italian dressing
1 tortillas
1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 medium tomato, chopped
1/16 cup sliced red onion
2 tbs crumbled feta cheese
1 kalamata or black olive, pitted and sliced
Directions:
1. * 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
2. * 1 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber
3. * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
4. * 1 tablespoon lemon juice
5. * 1 tablespoon white vinegar
6. * 2 teaspoons minced garlic
7. * 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
8. For the wrap:
9. * 1 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast
10. * 1 tablespoon light Italian dressing
11. * 4 (6-inch) whole wheat pitas
12. * 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
13. * 1 medium tomato, chopped
14. * 1/2 cup sliced red onion
15. * 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
16. * 4 kalamata or black olives, pitted and sliced
