Ingredients:
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder (no substitutions)
2 teaspoons hot water
1 cup skim milk
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey
3 -4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Dissolve Matcha Powder in hot water.
2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
