Matcha Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 cup half-and-half
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, warm the half-and-half, stirring often to prevent sticking, until it is very hot.
2. Remove from heat and sprinkle in the matcha and then the white chocolate.
3. Let white chocolate melt, about 1 minute.
4. Using an immersion blender, mix until thoroughly combined and the liquid is frothy.
5. Pour into serving cups and serve immediately.
