From Greg Hooks, Chocolate Arts, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Ingredients:
1 cup half-and-half |
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder |
4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, warm the half-and-half, stirring often to prevent sticking, until it is very hot. 2. Remove from heat and sprinkle in the matcha and then the white chocolate. 3. Let white chocolate melt, about 1 minute. 4. Using an immersion blender, mix until thoroughly combined and the liquid is frothy. 5. Pour into serving cups and serve immediately. |
