Ingredients:
1 shallot
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup greek yogurt
Directions:
1. Finely dice your shallot.
2. In a bowl, mix the yogurts and shallots thoroughly.
3. Cover and place in the fridge 2 to 3 hours.
