Mashed Potatoes With Sour Cream

A nice way to enjoy mashed potatoes without a lot of butter and fat. Still delicious, though :)
Ingredients:
6 large russet potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
salt
pepper
garlic (optional)
Directions:
1. Dice potatoes and boil until fork-tender; strain.
2. Combine Boiled Potatoes and remaining ingredients.
3. Mash by hand or with electric mixer for a lighter texture.
4. Note: Depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of sour cream and milk.
