Ingredients:
3 cups potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup soya milk
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until done.
2. Mash potatoes, adding canola oil, soya milk, salt & pepper. Mix well.
