2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups half-and-half or 1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:

2. Cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks, dropping into a large saucepan half filled with cold water.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
4. Bring to boiling and boil, partially covered, until potatoes are tender, 15 minutes.
5. Drain and set potatoes aside.
6. In same saucepan, bring 1 cup milk and butter to simmering.
7. Turn off heat.
