These are yummy and are a low fat recipe
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint and coriander mixed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black crushed peppercorns
1 fresh red chilli chopped
1 fresh green chilli chopped
4 tablespoons butter or to keep it low fat you can use low fat margarine
you can substitute assorted bell peppers for the chillis
Directions:
1. 1. Put the mashed potatoes and all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well together and then serve
