Marzipankugeln are an absolute necessity for me during the Christmas season. They are a very quick and simple homemade treat. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package marzipan |
rum (optional) |
cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Take the marzipan paste (douse with a little rum if you wish) and form into small balls; roll in cocoa powder.
2. Done.
3. A very nice gift for nice neighbors, your friendly postman - or for yourself.
