Ingredients:
225 g ground almond paste
115 g sifted icing sugar
115 g caster sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 egg whites, beaten
Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients with enough eg whites to form a dough.
2. Knead well.
3. Store in an airtight container.
4. Use on the rich fruit cake (recipe posted separately).
