Ingredients:
2 cups diced tomato (about 2 medium)
2/3 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill 1 hour.
2. Note: Serve with baked tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or hamburgers.
