Mary's Corn Bread

This is an old recipe that is been passed on from Mary to her children and on.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup cornmeal, finely ground
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together. Then add milk and then eggs. Mix well. Pour into a preheated lightly greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or until lightly browned.
