Mary's Chicken & Dumpling Soup

Homemade chicken & dumpling soup.
Ingredients:
30 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 medium diced onion
24 cups fat free chicken broth
3 cups bisquick
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Cook chicken breasts, cool, dice.
2. Add 1 cup chicken broth, carrots, celery and onion to large pot. Cook until softened.
3. Add remaining chicken broth and diced chicken to vegetable mixture and bring to a boil.
4. Mix together milk and bisquick.
5. Add to pot in individual 1 tbsp quantities until all is used.
6. Reduce heat, cook for 15-20 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through.
