Real Maryland fried chicken.
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
2 cups whole milk
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons paprika
2 1/2 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons pepper
oil, to deep fry
Directions:
1. Wash the chicken parts and pat dry.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Dip chicken into milk and dredge in flour mixture. Repeat.
3. Deep fry at 360°F for 20 minutes.
