A healthy breakfast or snack food anytime.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups apples, unpeeled and shredded
1 1/2 cups dried plums, pitted and halved
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
3. To serve: Spoon into cereal bowl and top with milk or fresh fruit or yogurt.
4. May be stored for 1 week in refrigerator.
