This salad goes by other names, but it was created for the owner of Yardley Inn in Bucks County, PA.
Ingredients:
baby spinach
spring mix
romaine lettuce
belgium endive, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 ounces of french sheeps milk feta cheese
2 ounces toasted pecans
4 ounces fresh peaches or mangos
fini balsamic vinegar
olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix the Fini Balsamic Vinegar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2. Sprinkle over greens and serve
