Thanksgiving Favorite
Ingredients:
4 apples
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple
1 cup walnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups cool whip
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Peel, core and slice apples.
2. Chop pineapple.
3. Coarsely chop walnuts.
4. Combine apples, pineapple and walnuts in a large bowl.
5. In a smaller bowl, combine mayonnaise, cool whip and pineapple juice and mix well.
6. Blend into apple mixture, chill and serve.
