Thanksgiving was never complete without Mom's Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes - a real treat! Ingredients:
sweet potatoes |
oleo |
milk |
salt |
pepper |
small marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Peel and dice potatoes
2. Boil until tender (about 15 minutes)
3. Add oleo, milk salt and pepper
4. Beat until creamy
5. Spoon into casserole dish
6. Top with marshmallows
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown
