Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) beef stock
3 tablespoon(s) flour
1 tablespoon(s) garlic, chopped
1/2 cup(s) marsala wine
1/2 pound(s) mushrooms sliced
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) onion, diced
Directions:
1. * 3 tablespoons oed
2. * 3 tablespoons flour
3. * 1/2 cup Marsala wine
4. * 1 1/2 cups beef stock
5. * Salt and pepper, to taste

7. Add olive oil to heavy hot saucepan. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms, saute until mushrooms are tender. Add flour and cook about 1 minute then deglaze pan with Marsala wine. Add beef stock and cook until thick and flavors are blended.
