I use Marsala Wine and Smart Balance instead of butter. Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil |
2 lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced, button and cremini |
1 medium yellow onion, diced |
1 cup wine |
1 tbsp margarine |
1 tbsp dried parsley |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms and onion until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Add the marsala wine and allow the wine to reduce by half taking about 1-3 minutes. 4. Add Margarine and parsley and remove from heat. 5. Eat immediately. |
