Marsala Laced Mushrooms

This would be an excellent side dish for Thanksgiving
Ingredients:
1/3 cup marsala cooking wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter, divided
1 pound mushrooms (any kind) thickly sliced
1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs (or panko)
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried sage (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine Marsala, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon melted butter; mix well
3. Stir in mushrooms and let stand 10 minutes; stir occasionally
4. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parm, sage, parsley and remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter; mix well
5. Pour mushrooms into a 9 inch pie plate or baking dish and bake 15 minutes
6. Remove from oven and pour off about half the liquid
7. Sprinkle mushrooms with the breadcrumb mixture and bake about 10 more minutes, or until browned
