Marmie's Roasted Garlic and Dill Dip

A really yummy concoction I put together that went over so well!! Some of my guests suggested may want to eat it by the spoonful. I hope you like it too. Easily made more fat friendly by using fat free sour cream and Miracle whip. I am totally guessing on the servings..
Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat sour cream
2 cups fat-free miracle whip
2 teaspoons parsley, freshly chopped
2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dill, freshly chopped
4 garlic cloves, roasted (marmie's roasted garlic)
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
10 drops habanero sauce, to taste
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in bowl.
2. Refrigerate 2 hours or more for best melding of flavors.
3. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetable tray.
