Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter or 3 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsifted flour
  • 1 (8 oz) jar orange marmalade
  • 3 -5 drops red food coloring (optional)
  • 3 -5 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9 springform pan.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, flour, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Divide batter in half. Add marmalade to 1/2 of batter, and add red and yellow food color for that tiger orange look (if you like); mix well. Pour vanilla batter into prepared pan. Top evenly with orange batter.
  5. Bake 50 - 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Chill thoroughly; refrigerate leftovers.
