Markys Monday Night Turkey Chili

The snow is flying already in Michigan. Decided to make a turkey chili. So here is another Chili recipe (without onions and peppers) But have to tell ya..This is good...As I eat, I type........
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey (i used butterball, 80/20)
olive oil
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can dark red kidney beans, half drained
1 can pinto beans , half drained
1 package french's chili mix (first time i used i loved it)
splash of red pepper
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan, cook ground turkey in 2 tbs olive oil until brown, drain.
2. Add The Tomatoes, Dark Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans and chili mix. Stir together, then add the remaining ingredients.
3. On low heat, cook for about 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
4. If you need to thicken combine 1/4 Cup flour and tsp of water together then add to chili.
5. Serve with Sour cream, shredded cheese and crackers!
