Whole-grain granola!
Ingredients:
11 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup sliced almonds
2/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cinnamon
16 tablespoons coconut, 1 cup unsweetened
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1 cup raisins
1 cup craisins
1/2 cup dried cherries
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. In separate glass measuring cup, warm honey, molasses, and oil for 45 seconds. Pour over dry ingredients.
3. Bake at 300 in a sprayed pan, stirring every 10-15 minutes, for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
