Mark's Halibut Chowder

Great way to use up the Halibut in the freezer. Easy to make and full of flavor! You can lighten up the recipe using low fat cream cheese, skim milk and low sodium soups.
Ingredients:
4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 ounce) can sliced carrots
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
16 ounces cream cheese
3 cups milk
4 -5 cups skinless halibut fillets, diced
10 green onions, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first six ingredients and simmer in large pot. (Chowder).
2. In large skillet, sauté next three ingredients until halibut is tender.
3. Add above to pot of chowder and heat through.
4. Add cayenne pepper to taste and enjoy!
