These are great, and very, very easy!
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut into spears
1 cauliflower, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
1 bag baby carrots
1 red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
4 stalks celery, cut into chunks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 bottle italian dressing (i use kraft)
Directions:
1. Place veggies in a large bowl and pour the dressing over it.
2. Mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Drain and serve.
