1 (1/2 ounce) package garlic & herb salad dressing mix
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons accent seasoning
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 tablespoons garlic powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Wash and cap mushrooms. 2. Cover in salt water and boil for 1 minute. 3. Drain. 4. Prepare marinade from rest of ingredients. 5. Pour over caps and chill minimum of 24 hours. 6. Drain and serve cold. 7. Note: Garlic powder gives them a very strong taste.
