Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juice of
2 lbs peeled deveined shrimp
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and let stand for at least 4 hours.
2. Grill shrimp for 3 minutes on each side.
