Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) black pepper, ground
1 cup(s) blended oil
1 cup(s) blended oil
1 cup(s) chili sauce
2-2.5 pound(s) flank steak
1 ounce(s) garlic, minced
1 cup(s) soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except steak) and whisk until emulsified. Pour marinade over steak in nonreactive container and refrigerate overnight.
2. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove meat from frig, bring to room temp and scrape all excess marinade. Place on hot grill and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Turn 45* on same side and cook for 2 more minutes.
4. Flip steak and repeat for total of 4 minutes.
5. Remove from grill and allow steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
6. Slice meat across grain in 3/4" slices. Serve hot.
