Marinated Flank Steak

The longer this marinates, the better it is!! I had no red wine and subbed redwine vinegar diluted with grape juice and it was still delicious!
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks
Directions:
1. Mix spices. Add red wine and soy sauce. Place steak in gallon sized ziploc. Pour marinade over steak and refrigerate 4-16 hours. Grill over medium high heat for 6 minutes per side for rare, 7 minutes per side for medium or 8 minutes per side for well done. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
