Marinated Flank Steak

Flank steak is one of my favorite cuts of beef. It takes on the flavor of marinates well and has a great texture. I like to serve this with steamed rice and sugar snap peas. Times do not inclued the stay in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
2 lbs flank steaks, aproximately
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 shallot, minced
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except steak in a sealable plastic bag. Place steak in the bag and close, squeezing out as much air as possible.
2. Let set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to overnight.
3. Grill to desired doneness and slice thinly on the bias.
