Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, salad oil, brown sugar, dry mustard, ginger, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Marinate, refrigerated, for 24 hours. Grill over coals.
