Simple summer sauce to season pasta like penne and spaghetti.
Ingredients:
250 ml of tomato sauce
36 clams
minced parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 dry onion
white dry wine
a pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Open clams putting them in a covered pan.
2. Brown the onion in plentiful oil. Unite parsley, minced garlic and oregano.
