The last of the eight marinades found in the Dallas Morning News. That's all folks!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons dried oregano
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup fresh herb, chopped (your choice or a blend)
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts and marinade in a zip-lock freezer bag and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute marinade.
