Apparently it will let me do two at a time. Again, adjust marinade to number of chicken breasts.
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
2 lemons, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
1 bunch fresh rosemary, finely minced
1 bunch fresh thyme, finely minced
15 sage leaves, finely minced
6 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup olive oil
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons lime zest
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Place frozen chicken breasts in a zip-top freezer bag and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade.
