This recipe is a very good tenderizing recipe that adds a great deal of flavor to almost any meat i have used it on Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, and Scallops I read one similar to it in the Great American Recipe Book and then added my own preferences I normally let it sit all day in the fridge after marinating you may baste with it afterwards before disposing works great on shishkbobs
Ingredients:
1/3 cup light olive oil
1 1/3 cups ketchup
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1 table spoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix well and marinate meat for at least an hour.
