Marinade for Grilled Meats and or Veggies

This marinade is versatile, very tasty, and easy! Cook time is marinade time. Use your choice of chicken, pork, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced finely
1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
black pepper
chili pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a container.
2. Use your choice of chicken, pork, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc.
3. Marinade for 2 or more hours.
4. And grill.
5. Enjoy!
