Marinade for Chicken Breasts

Only 5 ingredients: wine (red or white, soy sauce, ground ginger, lemon juice and scallions. From a card I got at Publix market from the T-Factor diet by Martin Katahn, Ph.D. *No oil in this. Yield is 1/2 cup so I'm guessing this is enough for 2 breasts.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup red wine or 1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 scallions, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Remove skin from your chicken breasts and marinate for several hours, turning occasionally.
3. As you broil the chicken, baste it occasionally with the marinade to prevent dryness.
4. Cook until chicken is done and juices run clear.
