I received this recipe from a friend and my husband made it Christmas Eve for breakfast on Christmas morning.
Ingredients:
18 frozen dinner rolls
1 3/4 ounces butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Arrange rolls into a greased bundt pan then sprinkle with pudding.
2. Mix cinnamon, sugar and nuts and sprinkle on rolls and pudding.
3. Melt margarine and brown sugar in small saucepan on stovetop.
4. Pour over rolls.
5. Cover loosely with saran wrap and let stand overnight.
6. Rolls will rise.
7. Next morning, remove plastic wrap and preheat oven to 350°F.
8. Bake for 30 minutes and then remove from oven.
9. Turn onto platter and enjoy.
