My cousin made this refreshing fruit salad for Easter. The cook time is actually the chill time.
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
4 cups fresh strawberries, cut into quarters
3 cups fresh mango, cut into chunks
2 bananas, sliced
3/4 cup margarita mix
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Place fruit in large bow.
2. Mix margarita mix, honey and lime juice. Pour over fruit.
3. Chill at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
