This is my latest addiction. I can not get enough! I'm guessing on the servings, because there is no bowl large enough to contain my lust for this dish. :)
Ingredients:
1 cans bean dip (choose your spice level)
2 avocados, mashed
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. miracle whip
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large tomato
1 bunch green onions, chopped (or substitute diced regular onions)
1 can chopped or sliced black olives
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
some crispy corn chip or tostada to allow the munching to begin.
Directions:
1. In a 9X9 in glass dish (or other festive container) place ingredients in layers
2. Layer 1: Bean dip
3. Layer 2: Avocados, mashed with lemon juice
4. Layer 3: Sour cream, Miracle Whip, and taco seasoning, mixed together
5. Layer 4: Tomatoes
6. Layer 5: Onions
7. Layer 6: Olives
8. Layer 7: Cheese
9. Serve with corn chips or tostadas and let the pleasure begin!
