Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray medium-size muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray or line with paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar and oats.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, butter, eggs and maple syrup; add to flour mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Pour batter into muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes, rotating pan halfway through baking time, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing muffins from cups.
