Ingredients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 large eggs
1 1/3 cups maple syrup
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Grease 13x9-inch pan.

3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
4. Combine reserved cake mix, maple syrup, remaining 3 eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes.

6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely in pan.
7. Cut into bars.
8. Store in refrigerator.
