Ingredients:

  • 2 large or 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp pecan butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Roast the sweet potatoes until very soft, about 1 hour. Cool the potatoes, peel, and place in the bowl of a mixer. Prepare the grits according to the package directions. Pour the cooked grits and remaining ingredients into the mixer, and mix until light and fluffy.
