Maple Soy-Glazed Salmon (With Lime)

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets, approx. 6 oz/175 g
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/16 teaspoon chili powder
1/16 teaspoon pepper, fresh ground
Directions:
1. Place salmon in shallow dish. In bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, lime juice, and spices. Pour half over salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once.
2. Place salmon on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
3. Roast in 450C (230C) oven, brushing halfway through with remaining marinade, until fish flakes easily when tested, about 10 minutes.
4. Broil until glazed, about 3 minutes.
