GREAT TASTING SAUSAGE JUST LIKE WHAT YOU BUT IN THE STORE
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM SIZE BOWL.
2. CHILL FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR OVER NIGHT.
3. FORM INTO PATTIES ABOUT SIX.
4. FRY UNTIL NO LONGER PINK IN THE MIDDLE, BUT DON'T OVER COOK.
