Yummy oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup thick cut organic oats
1 1/4 cup water
pinch of sea salt
splash of real maple syrup
spoon of wheat germ
splash of horchata (rice milk with cinnamon - next to rice milk in store)
Directions:
1. Place oats, water and pinch of salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir and turn heat to simmer. Let simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
2. Place portion in bowl. Add splash of maple syrup, wheat germ and a splash of Horchata. Stir and enjoy!
