Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
4 6-oz. salmon fillets
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
4 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Place salmon fillets in mixture and marinade in a zip plastic bag in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
2. Placed marinated fillets on hot grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes, skin side down. Turn and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, until fish flakes easily for a fork.
