A nice drink for cold nights. Has a great maple flavor. I like to use Grade B real maple syrup as the maple flavor is really strong, but it's not as sweet as most commercial brands.
Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce espresso
1/2 ounce maple syrup
1/2 ounce vanilla-flavored syrup
6 ounces milk, steamed
Directions:
1. Add espresso to cup.
2. Stir in syrups.
3. Fill with steamed milk and stir.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
